1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of agentfit.serafimtech.io and the audit it produces. Submitting a store URL or verifying an email means you agree to them. If you’re entering into them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. What agentfit is — and what it isn’t
agentfit is a free agent-readiness diagnostic: we fetch your UCP profile, run live MCP probes against the endpoint declared there, and score 27 checks across seven categories. The output is an indicative report intended to help you find improvements, not a certification.
It is not:
- Legal, compliance, or tax advice
- A guarantee that any particular AI agent will or won’t buy from your store
- An official Shopify or UCP-spec certification
- A persistent monitoring service — each audit is a single point-in-time snapshot
3. The free audit
You can run as many audits as you like, subject to the rate limits we apply to keep the service usable for everyone. Each audit takes 30–60 seconds end-to-end. Reports stay live at the slug URL for 90 days; after that, re-running is free and produces a fresh report.
- One verification per email + store URL combination is needed to start an audit.
- The audit runs synchronously — closing the tab while it’s in flight may interrupt the report write to S3.
- We may decline or rate-limit audits that look like automated scraping rather than merchants checking their own stores.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Only audit stores you own or have explicit permission to test
- Not attempt to use the verification flow to brute-force, spam, or harvest emails
- Not try to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the audit service in ways that interfere with other merchants’ ability to use it
- Not use the audit output to misrepresent your store’s readiness to third parties (e.g., publishing a fabricated score)
If you violate these terms we may permanently block your IP and/or email from running future audits, without notice.
5. Intellectual property
Your audit report is yours — share it, paste it into a doc, send it to a developer. The names, methodology, scoring rubric, and the agentfit / Serafim Tech brand remain ours.
By submitting your store URL you confirm you have the right to do so and that the store’s public UCP profile is reachable by third-party agents (which it must be for any agent commerce to work).
6. No warranties on performance
We work hard on the probes but we don’t — and can’t — guarantee that a passing score means more agent-driven revenue, or that a failing score means none. Whether an AI agent actually transacts with your store depends on dozens of factors outside this diagnostic: the buyer’s prompt, the agent’s preferences, your inventory, your pricing, the platform’s ranking, and how UCP itself evolves. The service is provided “as is.”
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of agentfit is capped at zero — the audit is free, and you don’t pay us anything to use it. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages: lost sales, lost data, reputational harm, etc.
8. Privacy
How we handle the data you submit lives at /privacy/. The short version: we collect what we need to run the audit, store it for the documented retention windows, and never sell it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top tells you when. If a change is material we’ll surface a notice on the landing page for at least 14 days before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Serafim Tech is established (currently a member state of the European Union). Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of any protection mandatory under the law of your habitual residence.
